Twenty years ago, we celebrated the opening of the PLATAN restaurant in the very center of Samarkand. For twenty years we have been working hard on the service and sophistication of the dishes, selecting the best staff and improving the harmony of the interior and exterior of the restaurant. The best chefs and waiters have been with us for many years. Traditionally, we expand and update the list of services every year. So, over the years, we have built a small but cozy hotel for our guests.
